When her and her family were on a road trip then they got in a car wreck the doctors could not save her parents but were able to save Mayrlen she was almost healed she  went through her dads stuff and found his combat knife and killed the 2 doctors that could not save her mom and dad a few days later she went crazy and then
started to kill people she dose not know and became a cereal killer
